Hello and thank you for stopping by The Craft Cookhouse, my personal charcuterie blog and website with a focus on craft cooking - the art of making base foods, and traditional and artisan foodstuffs such as charcuterie, salumi, sausages, cured meat and fish....along with the odd traditional recipe for something else that is interesting!
